Free cancellation up to 48 hours before: rules and changes

Understanding the 48-hour window

Cancellation is free and refunded up to 48 hours before pick-up: rental pick-up, transfer time or VIP start. The countdown uses the time on your booking. Example: Saturday 10:00 transfer → free, refunded cancellation if you cancel by Thursday 10:00 at the latest. After that, fees may apply. Cancel early if plans are uncertain.

How to cancel

With a customer account, cancel from your account. If you booked without an account, contact our team with your booking code (PNR). Without a code, contact our team with the date, traveller name and the email used when booking. Do not open a second booking without closing the first. Cancelled at least 48 hours before pick-up, the booking is refunded.

Less than 48 hours before: possible fees

Less than 48 hours before pick-up, fees may apply, for rentals, transfers and VIP alike, and the refund may then be partial. Read the summary before paying. For airport round trips, both legs may be affected. Keep your booking code and emails if you dispute a charge.

Changing dates, flight or destination

A change is not always a cancellation. Our team may adjust time, flight number (transfers) or rental dates if availability allows. Updating the flight number lets tracking adapt to delays. Major changes may mean cancel then rebook — act more than 48 hours before pick-up when possible.

Cancelled flights and special cases
