Understanding the 48-hour window
Free cancellation applies until 48 hours before the service starts: rental pick-up, transfer time, or VIP start. The countdown uses your confirmation time. Example: Saturday 10:00 transfer → free cancel before Thursday 10:00 (subject to current terms). After that, fees may apply. Cancel early if plans are uncertain.
How to cancel
Use the email link or the Tracking page with your PNR and matching contact. Keep the cancellation confirmation. Without a code, contact support with date, traveller name and checkout email. Do not open a second booking without closing the first. Card refunds follow bank delays after validation.
Possible fees inside 48h
Within 48 hours, the product cancellation policy applies. Read the summary before paying. For airport round trips, both legs may be affected. Keep PNR and emails if you dispute a charge.
Changing dates, flight or destination
A change is not always a cancellation. Support may adjust time, flight number (transfers) or rental dates if availability allows. Updating the flight number lets tracking adapt to delays. Major changes may mean cancel then rebook — act outside the critical 48h when possible.
Cancelled flights and special cases
Cancelled flight, strike, medical emergency: contact support immediately with proof. Each case is reviewed. No-shows without notice are usually treated more strictly. Browse other guides in the hub, then search again on T-GO.
