These terms govern the booking of vehicles and mobility services offered by T-GO. By completing a booking, you accept them.
1. Purpose
T-GO lets you book a car rental, airport transfer or private chauffeur in Tunisia online, with or without an account.
2. Booking and payment
Prices are shown in Tunisian dinars, all taxes included. Payment is secure. A confirmation with a booking code (PNR) is sent by email and SMS.
3. Cancellation and changes
Any booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up. After that, fees may apply, as detailed on the Cancellation & refund page.
4. Liability
Basic insurance is included. The customer agrees to present a valid driving licence and to respect the vehicle's terms of use.
