1. Free, refunded cancellation
Free cancellation, refunded up to 48 hours before pick-up. This rule applies to car rental, airport transfers and VIP chauffeur bookings.
2. Refund
If you cancel at least 48 hours before pick-up, your booking is refunded.
3. Less than 48 hours before pick-up
After that, i.e. less than 48 hours before pick-up, fees may apply.

From your account, or with our team using your booking code if you booked without an account.
